Admitted to $2,500 Bail.

Amite City. - H. C. Day, charged with the murder of H. H. Hughes in 
Tangipahoa, was admitted to bail following a preliminary examination. His bond 
was fixed at $2,500. Day is a prominent lumberman of this section.
