A certain tract of Land numbered lot 67, situated in the parish of Vermilion, T. 14, S.R. 3 E.S.W. District and measuring (170) one hundred and seventy acres, more or less, is now occupied by Nelson Campbell, distant 15 miles from Abbeville and 35 from New Iberia, is bounded on the north by widow Levi Campbell, on the south by Hampton Campbell, and on the east by the Bayou Vermilion. CONDITIONS: - Purchaser to assume payments of three notes of $53.12 cts. each dated July 13th 1867, guaranteed by mortgage on the property and made payable respectively, at the City National Bank, at 12, 24 and 36 months from date and bearing interest at the rate of six cents per annum, balance cash in U.S. Treasury Notes. 2 o. A certain tract of Land in the same partish designated as lot No. 39, in T. 14, S. R. 3 E, about 12 miles from Abbeville, and now occupied by Emile Marie, bounded on the north by land occupied by Pierre Sesac, on the south by Mrs. Coartes, with a front of five arpents on the east bank of the Bayou Vermilion, and a depth of (40) forty arpents and containing (160) one hundred and sixty acres, more or less.
