A resident of Abbeville, Mr. Williams died at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006 at his residence.

WILLIAMS, Boyd T. Sr.      Daily Iberian     Dec 21, 2006 
ABBEVILLE — Services for Boyd Terell Williams Sr., 31, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Mount Triumph Baptist
Church with the Rev. Henry Maze officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Triumph Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be observed today from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a wake service at 7 p.m. at the church.
Visitation will resume Friday at 8 a.m. until the time of service.
A resident of Abbeville, Mr. Williams died at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006. Mr. Williams was a member of Mount
Triumph Baptist Church, also a self-employed barber at The Cut in Abbeville.
He is survived by his mother, Cathy M. Williams; father, Adam Dora Sr.; fincee, Sabrina J. Ardoin, all of Abbeville;
two sons, Boyd T. Williams Jr. of Houston, and Jazavion D. Ardoin; three step-sons, Ray Jones III, Kahlil Jones and
Jahidi Henderson, all of Abbeville; three daughters, Ilyiah Borden and Ila Borden, both of Houston, and Jania Judge
of Abbeville; four brothers, Corey, Eldridge and Jamal WIlliams and Adam Dora Jr.; four sisters, Chellen Willians, M.
Renee Williams, Deanna Williams and Catessa Dora; maternal grandfather, Herman Reedom; godparents, Theresa Peters and
Felton Wiltz, all of Abbeville; eight uncles; eight aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his step-father, Freddie Nolan; maternal grandmother, Ernestine Mabel Williams;
paternal grandparents, Morris and Mary A. Fontenette Dora.
Pallbearers will be Michael Parker, Ricky White, Troy Davis, Emanuel Campbell, Blaine Williams and Herbert Myles.
Fletcher Funeral Home of Abbeville is in charge of the arrangements.

ABBEVILLE — Services for Carolyn “Buttons” Williams, 48, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Macedonia
Baptist Church with the Rev. E.J. Guidry officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Lewis-Rudd Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be observed Saturday from 8 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
A resident of Abbeville, Ms. Williams died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, at Abbeville General Hospital. C.M.
