He was the recipient of numerous superior performance awards as a senior executive with the federal government. He was board member of the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District (Dock Board) 1946-1956, the Calcasieu Parish Industrial Development Board, 1964-1969, and the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Lake Charles, 1963-1977. He was awarded the Civic Service Award by the Lake Charles Association of Commerce in 1958. He was past president of Lake Charles Association of Commerce in 1960, past fund chairman and president of Calcasieu United Appeals in 1955-1956, past president of Lake Charles Kiwanis Club in 1952, fund chairman of the annual drive for the Calcasieu-Cameron Red Cross in 1951 and for Southwest Louisiana Boys' Village fund drive in 1954. Mr. Boudreau was a board member of the Camp Fire Girls, the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis and Southwest Louisiana Boys' Village.
