Miss Blanche Perret, one of Abbeville's oldest and best known citizens, died 
at her home Friday morning, March 26th, at 4 o'clock. She was aged 73 years. 
Her funeral took place this morning at 8 o'clock from the Catholic Church, her 
remains being interred in the Catholic cemetery. Miss Perret was a very 
staunch member of the church and put much of her time working in the interest 
of her church.
