This old abandoned cemetery is located in the woods behind the Old Cypress 
Cemetery near Rosepine, Louisiana.  Burials were copied in 1977, but 
cemetery has not been located in 1995 to verify information.   Family members 
supplied information on the below listed individuals who were buried in this 
cemetery.  The location was listed as near the Magnolia Church on Brushy
Creek.

Barentine, Lurnea - 20 Sep 1847/6 Jan 1864
Barentine, Freeman - 23 Nov 1843/8 Oct 1863
        [died in Confederate Army from Colic Cramps]
Barentine, George - died 6 Dec 1860
Barentine, Lucretia - died 6 Sep 1851
