McCOLLOUGH THE STATE OF LOUISIANA} PARISH OF VERNON } BE IT KNOWN by these presents that I, Anna McCollough, residing in the Parish of Vernon, State of Louisiana, have nominated constituted and appointed and do by these presents nominate and appoint, J. B. McCollough residing in the Parish of Vernon, State of Louisiana my true and lawful agent and attorney in fact express and special giving and granting unto my said agent for me and in my place and stead and in my behalf authority to buy and sell, and transact all my business whatsoever hereby binding myself my heirs and assigns to ratify and confirm all that my said agent may do by virtue of this Procuration as fully and to all intents an purposes with the same as if the said acts were done by me personally. Thus done and signed on this 13th day of May, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Seven in the presence of the witnesses, whose names are hereunto subscribed.
