POWER OF ATTORNEY FROM ANNA McCULLOUGH TO JESSE McCULLOUGH

STATE OF LOUISIANA  }
     PARISH OF VERNON}
     BE IT KNOWN by these presents that I, Anna McCullough, residing in
the Parish of Vernon, State of Louisiana, have nominated, constituted
and appointed and do by these presents nominate, constitute and
appoint Jesse McCullough, residing in the Parish of Vernon, State of
Louisiana, my true and lawful agent and attorney in fact express and
special giving and granting unto my said agent for me and in place and
stead, and in my behalf authority to buy sell and transact all my
business whatsoever, hereby binding myself, my heirs, and assigns to
ratify and confirm all that my said agent may do by virtue of this
procuration as fully and to all intents and purposes with the same
validity as if the said acts were done by me personally.

  	This done and signed on this 13th day of Feb. One Thousand eight
 hundred and ninetyfour, in the presence of the witnesses whose names
are hereunto subscribed.

appeared Anna McCollough, to me personally known to whom the foregoing
procuration was duly exhibited and who acknowledged and declared the
same to be her free act and deed and signed by her for the objects and
purposes therein set forth.

     In testimony whereof, I hereto annex my hand and seal at Vernon
Parish, this 13th day of Feb. A. D. One Thousand eight hundred and
ninety four.
