McCullough has been established and duly consmmated in conformity to law for the North half of the South East quarter and the South half of the North East quarter of Section thirty six in Township one South of Range six West of Louisiana Meridian in Louisiana containing one hundred and seventy acres and thirty two hundredths of an acre according to the Official Plat ofthe Survey of the said Land returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General. Now know ye, That there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said James B. McCullough the tract of Land above described: To Have And To Hold the said tract of Land, with the appurtenances thereof, unto the said James B. McCullough and to his heirs and assigns forever.
