My name is W.D. McDonald
I am a citizen of the United States and of the State of Louisiana. I was
born in the State (or Country) of La Parish (or County) of Claiborne, in
the year 1847. I am now 52 years of age, I have resided in the State since
1847, in this Parish since 1880 and in Precinct No 2, of Ward No 5 of this
Parish since 1880. I am the owner of Real property assessed to me in this 
State at a valuation of not less than three hundred dollars ($300)
I am not disfranchised by any provision of the Constitution of this State.
Sworn to and subscribed before me, on this 9 day of Aug 1899.
