The records show that B.J. Nash (name not found as Benj.
Nash), private, Company I, Consolidated Cresent Louisiana
Infantry, C.S.A., enlisted July 4, 1862; that he surrendered
at New Orleans, Louisiana May 26, 1865, and was paroled at
Alexandria, Louisiana, June 9, 1865.
