The Rev. Arthur Gillis will officiate. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Snider Funeral Home. Mrs. Perkins died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday at her home after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Oretta Pentecostal Church and had lived in DeQuincy for 16 years. Survivors are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Theresa Vercher and Mrs. Clydell Corbett, both of Merryville; three son, R. C. Sharbino of De Quincy, Nat and Oreas Sharbino of Fort Worth, Tex; four sisters, Mrs. Lillie James of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Grover Dubois of Houston, Mrs. Mable Thompson of Montgomery, LA., and Mrs. Myrtle Bookout of Jena. Also, two brothers, Theophile LeMoine of Montgomery and Jo LeMoine of Nacogdoches, Tex; four step-daughters, Mrs. Hattie Doyle, Mrs. Mattie Wisby, Mrs. Amy Thompson and Mrs. Desey Chapman, all of Pitkin; one step-son, Clyde Perkins of Pitkin; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
