Barrow, Jerome "Jhay," 42 of Tampa, passed away April 14, 2007. He is survived 
by His Mother, Toni J. Barrow; Sister, Shaunda Paden; and Brothers Chris Barrow 
and Patrick Barrow. His many friends in Tampa and His Family in Louisiana, 
Georgia and Pennsylvania will miss Him dearly. His wish was for His Ashes to be
