Funeral services
Held on Saturday

Robert Haywood Boswell, 74, of Vernon Parish died Friday morning in an Alexandria 
hospital. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday in Laurel Hill Baptist Church 
with the Rev. B.G. Dyess officiating.  Burial was in the Laurel Hill Cemetery 
under the direction of Hixon Funeral Home.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bertha Boswell; two sons, Billy Bob Boswell of Sterling, 
Ill, and Calton Boswell of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanette Simmons of 
Pineville and Mrs. Margaret Martin of Leesville; five grandchildren, and four 
great-grandchildren.
