Lizzie Brister 
Funeral services for Mrs. Lizzie Brister, 80, were scheduled for 11 a.m. 
Saturday, January 14 in Beauregard Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs Dave 
Brecheen and Danny Shadix will officiate. Burial will be in the Drakes 
Fork Cemetery. Mrs. Brister died at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in a New Orleans 
hospital. She was a native of Pitkin. Survivors are one daughter, four 
sons, two sisters, one brother.
