Aubrey Boswell and Rick Foster officiating. Burial will be in Castor Cemetery. Carver, 80 of Leesville died at 6 a.m. Thursday in Byrd Memorial Hospital. He was owner of Carver Cleaners for 15 years. Survivors include three sons, Bob Carver, Lamon Carver and Thomas Carver all of Leesville; two daughters, Ruth Williamson of Leesville and Gaytha Thompson of Madison, Tenn.; five sisters, Beulah Hicks of New Orleans, Eula Jones and Vesta Westbrook, both of Pineville and Myrtle Smith and Pearl Foster both of Ruston; 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 8 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home. (Luther was the son of George Robert "Bob" and Martha Patsy Morrison Carver.
