Betty Doyle 
Graveside services for Mrs. Betty J. Doyle, 70, of Stockton, Calif., 
were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in 
Cravens under the direction of the Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. 
Mrs. Doyle died Thursday, Dec. 19, in her residence in Stockton, Calif.
She was a native of Hamilton, Ohio, and a former resident of the 
Vernon Parish area. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by 
her husband, Lelon Doyle, and one grandchild. Survivors include three 
sons, Gordon Williams and Randy Williams, both of Stockton, Calif., and 
Jeff Williams of St. Claire, Mo.; two daughters, Verna Parada of 
Woodland, Calif., and Lois Hardy of Mesquite, Texas; one brother, Lewis 
Frost of Hamilton, Ohio; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
