Obituary: John Harvey Goleman

Hicks - Funeral services for John Harvey Goleman, 85, will be at 10 am 
today, Nov 12 in Hicks Pentecostal Church. Revs Charles Cooper and 
Roger Pete will officiate. Burial will be in Hicks Cemetery under 
direction of Rush Funeral Home. Mr Goleman died at 8pm Monday in a 
Leesville hospital. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs Enora 
(Elnora) Calhoun and Mrs Berta Chaney, both of Leesville, and Mrs. 
Norma Hodnett of Huntsville Ala.; three half-brothers Johnny, Bailey 
and Bobby Goleman, all of Shreveport; three half-sisters, Mrs. Gracie 
Joplin and Mrs Hazel Oglethorpe, both of Shreveport, and Mrs Bessie 
Peterson of El Paso, Texas, 23 grandchildren, and several great and 
great-great-grandchildren.
