CRAVENS - Funeral services for Nathan Clifford Johnson, 64, of 
DeQuincy, will be at 10 a.m. today, Feb. 23, in Gravel Hill Baptist
Church. The Rev. Harlon Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Gravel
Hill Cemetery under the direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home of 
DeRidder. Visitation is until the service. Mr. Johnson died at 3:45 
p.m. Monday, Feb. 21, 2000, in his residence. He was a native of 
Cravens and had lived in DeQuincy since 1972. He was a millwright with 
Turner Industries at Temple Island sawmill and was a former employee of 
Boise Cascade and of Georgia Pacific. He was a member of Bible 
Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Nathan Johnson of Sunset; 
two daughters, Patricia Ann Morrison of Pitkin and Pamela Jean Mendoza 
of Tyler, Texas; one brother, Van Johnson of Pitkin; one sister, Mackie 
Genelle Ramirez of Port Arthur, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and five 
great-grandchildren.
