Lillie Brown
Oberlin

Services for Lillie Brown Legg will be at 1 pm Saturday in Progressive
Church of God in Christ with the Rev. O.B. Pete Sr. officiating. Burial
will be in St. John Cemetery under direction of Thompson, Oakdale.
Mrs Brown, 99, of Oberlin died Sunday, May 23, 1999 in St. Francis 
Nursing Home. She was a member of Progressive Church of God in Christ 
and was mother of the church. 
Survivors include three sons, Paul Brown of Los Angeles, Calif., and Dave
Brown of Oberlin; two daughters, Stella Allen of Oberlin and Rose Brown
of Houston, Texas; 40 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A wake
will be from 6-10 pm Friday in the church.
