Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home in DeRidder. Mrs. Maricle died at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, in her residence. ALEXANDRIA TOWN TALK, 23 DECEMBER 1997, SECTION D-2 JACKIE MARICLE - CRAVENS Services for Jackie Maricle will be at 11 am Wednesday in Gravel Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Arlen Smith and Joey Rudisill officating.  Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery under direction of Hixson, DeRidder. Mrs. Maricle, 72, Pitkin died Monday Dec. 22, 1997, in her residence. She was retired cashier from the commissary at Fort Polk.  She was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Bernice Maricle Sr. of Pitkin; two daughters, Georgia Pottmeyer of Cravens and Pauline Johnson of Pitkin; one son Bernice Maricle Jr. of Fort Polk; three sisters, Betty Sue Briggs of ElPaso, Texas, Ruby Lee Burrows of Goodrich, Texas, and Neita Ashmore of Toga; three brothers, Paulie Johnson of Goodrich, Texas, Jimmy Lue Johnson and Carline (Doc) Johnson, both of Pitkin; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
