MATHILDA MILSTEAD

Funeral services for Mrs. Mathilda B. Milstead, 94 were held Friday at 1 p.m.
in Blanchard's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. A.H. Hoffpauir officiated and
burial was in Cryer Cemetery.

Mrs. Milstead died Wednesday, Aug 4 in Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

Survivors are four sons, Elmer Milstead of Spokane, Wash, Willie and Woodrow
Milstead, both of Port Arthur, Tex and Edward Milstead of Natchitoches; two
daughters, Mrs. Bertie Desadier and Mrs Ada Edwards, both of Natchitoches; 38
grand children, 124 great grand children, and 11 great great grand children.

Pallbearers were Mitchell Edwards, Johnny Everett, Robert Guidry, Mike Brown,
J.D. Milstead, and Dow Burney.

James and Matilda Milstead were married April 16, 1899 in Leesville, La.
