Marilyn Varnell 
Funeral services for Marilyn Varnell, 81, of Beaumont, Texas will be 
held Wednesday, June 30, 2004, in Hixson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. 
Durhl R. Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Gravel Hill 
Cemetery in Cravens under the direction of the Hixson Funeral Home of 
Leesville. Mrs. Varnell passed away Sunday, June 27, 2004 in the 
Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She is survived by 
one daughter, Joan White of Vidor, Texas; five grandchildren; and eight 
great-grandchildren.
