William Hamilton "Bud" Weeks 1851 - 1923
Sarah Massina Groves Weeks 1846 - 1905

Mr. Weeks was born at Walnut Hill where he was a farmer, operator of
a general merchandise store and blacksmith shop. He served on the 
police jury and school board.

Mrs. Weeks, daughter of James Groves, Jr., was born in Vernon Parish
and married Mr. Weeks in 1871. Their children include James B., Andrew
A., William H. Jr., Emma C., Charles H., Mary M., Everett E., Ida M.,
and William L. Weeks.

Mr. Weeks, after the death of his first wife, was married about 1912 to
Emma Woods of Vernon Parish and they had two children together, Oscar and
Audrey Weeks.
