Dear Sir: Replying to your letter of April 10th, I wish to advise that the delay in your Homestead was caused by the negelect of the Leesville Leader to send ud a bill for the publication of the noctice, which must be in our files in order to continue with an entry. I am enclosing photostat copies of the letters sent to the Leesville Leader on March 5th and the 31st. If it is convenient, please go to the paper at your earliest convenience and find out why they have not mailed a bill to this office.
