On April 13th, I wrote asking you go to the Leesville Leader in Leesville,
La. and get the bill for the notice of publication. As yet we have not heard 
from you or the Official Journal and do not know whether the notice was 
published or not.

Upon receipt of the above mentioned item, I shall be pleased to proceed with
your Homestead.
