Ellen Perkins Stephens died August 9, 1953 in the residence of Alvin
Fletcher. She was born November 20, 1869 at Cooper, La. She was a
widow. Her husband was S.W. Stephens. Her father was Louis Perkins
born in Alabama. Her mother was Mary Ann Perkins born also in
Alabama. She is buried in the Cooper Cemetery, Pickering, La.
