McCullough as security are held firmly bound unto Murphy J Foster Governor of Louisiana and unto his successors in office in the just and full sum of Five hundred Dollars for the payment whereof well and truly to be made we hereby bind ourselves heirs and assigns firmly by these presents Dated and signed at Leesville Louisiana this 19th day of Dec. 1899. Now the condition of the foregoing obligation are such that whereas the above principal has this day obtained from the Clerk Dist Court a special License to contract marriage with Miss Martha M Hill therefore should there be no legal impediment to such marriage then this bond to be null and void otherwise to be of full and virtue in Law.
