The conditions of the above and foregoing obligations are such that whereas the above principal has this day obtained from the clerk of the Dist Court a special License to contract marriage with Miss Cretia Coleman Now should the exist no legal impediment to such marriage then this bond to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in Law.
