Martin and Mary Ann McCullough Marriage Bond and Marriage Certificate State of Louisiana Parish of Vernon Know all men by these presents that we H.M. Martin as principal and Levi Pollard as security are held firmly bound unto Murphy J. Foster Governor of Louisiana and unto his successors in office in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars for the payment of which well and tuly to be made we hereby bind ourselves heirs and assigns firmly by these presents. Dated and signed at Leesville La. this 17th day of July 1895. The conditions of the foregoing obligations is such that whereas the above principal has this day obtained from the Clerk of Dist Court a special license to contract marriage with Miss Mary Ann McCullough now should there exist no legal impediment to said marriage there this bond to be null and void or else to remain in full force in law.
