Tucker Jr. as security are held firmly bound unto Murphy J. Foster Govenor of the State of Louisiana and unto his successors in office in the sum of Five hundred dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we hereby bind ourselves heirs and assigns firmly by these presents - Dated and signed at Leesville La on this 30th day of June 1894. The conditions of the forgoing obligation are such that whereas Isaac McCullough has this day obtainedfrom the Clerk of District Court a special License to contract marriage with Miss Jennie Nolan should there exist no legal impediment to said marriage there this Bond to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force in law.
