McCollough as principal, and P.L. Lacaze as security are held firmly bound unto M.J. Foster, Gov. of Louisiana and unto his successors in office in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns firmly by these presents. The conditions of the above obligation are such that whereas, the above principal has this day obtained from the Clerk of Court a License to contract marriage with Miss Marteely Deason.
