ANNIE McCOLLOUGH WILL & TESTAMENT

     I, Anna McCollough, of Vernon Parish, State of Louisiana, being of
sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and
testament in manner and form following, that is to say,

     1st.  It is my will that my funeral shall be conducted without
ostentation and thatthe expenses thereof together with all my just and
debts be fully paid.

     2nd.  I give devise and bequeath to my daughter, Melinda Dickens
of Slabtown, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, all the money, I have on hand
and also that I may have in my possession at my death, all the cash
hereby devised of bequeathed to her as aforesaid or so much
thereof as may then remain unexpended.

     I give and devise and bequeath to my said daughter Malinda
Dickens, and her heirs and assigns forever, and last I hereby
constitute and appoint my said daughter Malinda Dickens to be the
executrix and executor of this my last will and Testament, revoking
and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming
this and no other to be my last will and Testament.

In witness whereas I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of
May, 1892.
    Signed published and declared by the above named Anna McCollough
as her last will and Testament in presence of us who at her request
have signed as witnesses of the same.

Note: Anna Greer McCollough (09 Nov 1810 Barren Co, KY) is the widow of
Isaac McCollough. Their youngest child, daughter Malinda Ann b 25 Feb
1855, married William (Bob/Bod) Dickens. Slabtown is synonymous with
Pitkin.
