Court: 1855 Juror's List, Washington Parish, La. Submitted by Edie McKinney Talley Date: Mar. 1998 ************************************************ Copyright. The following record is herewith presented in its entirety because all early records for this parish were destroyed in 1897. With the listing for 1855, several names appear that were not on the 1850 Census for the parish, thus indication that those named had recently moved into the area, or had come "of age" since that enumeration.
