Mrs. Rosetta Spears Barber, 88, a resident of the Lawrence Creek community  
died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov 5 at St. Tammany Hospital in Covington.  

She was a member of the Lawrence Creek Missionary Baptist Church and the widow  
of Iva Barber.  

Mrs. Barber is survived by tow sons and daughters-in-law, Rawley and Cassie  
Barber, and Ray and Nelleen Barber all of Franklinton; one brother, Cliff  
Spears of Wilmer; and eight grandchildren, Laroy Barber, Nita Cimino, Troy  
Barber, Bill Barber, JoAnn Barber, Connie Smith, Michael Barber, and Mark  
Barber; also fourteen great-grandchildren.  

Visitation was held at the Crain Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m.  
Thursday and after 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. 
Friday in the funeral home chapel. With  Eld. Don Jacobs and Eld. Willie J. 
Passman officiating.  

Pallbearers for the service was Laroy Barber, Troy Barber, Bill Barber,  
Michael Barber, Mark Barber and Steven Barber
