St. Tammany Police Jury Head Buried
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in Slidell for B. T. Carroll, 
president of the St. Tammany Parish Police Jury.

Mr. Carroll, who was well known by a number of Bogalusans, died at his home of a 
heart attack about midnight Monday. Several persons from here attended the 
funeral.

The deceased has been president of the St. Tammany Police Jury about three years 
and was a retired merchant in Slidell. He was a representative on the St. Tammany 
Police Jury from the Ninth Ward.

Mr. Carroll is survived by his wife and several children.
