All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ************************************************ The Era-Leader, 9 Aug 2000 Mary Smith Perry Ratcliff Mary Smith Perry Ratcliff, age 84, and a resident of Franklinton, died at 7:21 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2000, at St. Tammany Hospital in Covington, LA. She was a retired lunchroom worker from Enon School and a member of Enon Baptist Church. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law: Gerlad and Delores Perry of Zachary; William and Dorothy Perry of Theodore, AL; Dewitt and Sharon Perry, Leon and Fran Perry, all of Franklinton. Also survived by three brothers, Hubert Smith of Livingston, C. Smith of Watson and Charles Smith of Eight Mile, AL, one sister, Gladys Valliant of Mt. Hermon; 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Durward Perry and Zeke Ratcliff. Visitation was at Crian Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. A funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Greg Carrol and the Reverned Pete Williams officiating. Pallbearers wre Roy Perry, Donald Wayne Noble, Christopher Perry, Mike Perry, Herbert Bickham and Tommy Smith. Burial was in the Enon Cemetery. The family suggests donations be made to Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
