She was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Tony R. Forbes of Franklinton and Ronnie H. Forbes of Magnolia, MS; a daughter, Penny Seal of Franklinton; a brother, Robert Lott of Georgetown, MS; three sisters, Lillian Rushing of Tylertown, Georgie Simmons of Columbia and Johnny Pearl Lott of Brookhaven; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Toxie H. Forbes, and three sons, Willie E. Forbes, Don Lewis Forbes, and Roy Rogers Forbes. Visitation was at the Crain Funeral Home From 6 p.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 28th, in the funeral home chapel with Eld. Burdette Thomas and Eld. Ted Phillips officiating. Burial was in the Crystal Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Dexter, MS. Pallbearers were Jack Forbes, Needham Forbes, Bruce Forbes, Chrsitopher Hudson, Douglas Wayne Forbes and Wendell Stringer
