Hynither Dyson, Franklinton
Hynither Dyson, 78, a resident of Franklinton died at her residence on Tuesday, 
November 21, 2000.

She was a native of Warnerton, Louisiana.

She is survived by two sons, Terry C. Dyson, Jr. of Franklinton and Wendell Scott 
Dyson of Landover, Maryland; two daughters, Barbara Dyson Cager of Fort Worth, 
Texas and Nora Dyson Durham of Garland, Texas; four sisters, Alyne Dillon Spikes, 
Alice Dillon, Martha Dillon, and Debra Dillon of Franklinton; two brothers, Elbert 
Dillon of Baton Rouge and Robert Dillon of Franklinton; seven grandchildren, Donald 
R. Cager II, Dannell Cager, Tamika Dyson, Terry Dyson III, DeJuan Dyson, DeLarian 
Dyson, and Courtney Durham; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held Tuesday, November 28, 2000 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in 
Franklinton from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a family hour from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 29, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Sweet Rest 
Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Mallory Callahan officiating.

Burial followed at Sweet Rest Memorial Park.
