The Era-Leader

Mrs. Betty Jo Husser McCain; a resident of Franklinton died at 3:30 a.m.  
Wednesday, April 23, at the Riverside Medical Center. 	 

She was a member of the Victory Baptist Church.  

Mrs. McCain is survived by her husband, Alfred McCain, two sons, Vernon C.  
Miller of Amite and Michael Dale Miller of Roseland; three daughters, Delores  
Ellen Gill of Amite, Judy King of Franklinton and Debbie Gill of Greensburg;  
two sisters, Lillian Johnson and Willene Howell both of Amite; also twenty- 
three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.  

Visitation was held at the Crain and Sons Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 10  
p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m. Friday.  

Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 25 in the funeral home  
chapel with Rev. Larry Archote officiating.  

Burial followed in the Roseland-Arcola Cemetery.  

Pallbearers for the service were Ronnie Johnson, Chris King, Charles Gill,  
Mike Gill, Vernon Gill and Scott Moore
