Boone Miley, 78 yr old resident of Route 1, Varnado, died last 
night at 8:02 pm in Riverside Medical Center, Franklinton.
He is survived by a son Leon Miley of Kentwood; five daughters, 
Mrs. Neva Jenkins of Varnado, Mrs. Della Bowers and Mrs. Ada Mae 
Rigaudd both of Empire. Mrs. Eva Jenkins and Mrs. Azelea Jenkins 
both of Bogalusa; two brothers, Morris and Luther Miley both of 
Varnado; three sisters, Miss Myrtle Miley and Miss Jewell Miley 
both of Hammond and Mrs. Lena Fussell of Varnado, fourteen 
grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great 
grandchildren.

The body will lie in state at the Brown Funeral Home in Bogalusa 
until time for final services at 2 p.m. at the Central Baptist 
Church. Eld. Ted Phillips and Elder C. P. Toney will conduct the 
final rites with internment in the Central Church Cemetery.
