James {Stephens} Stevenson, of 923 East 8th Street, Bogalusa, 
Louisiana, was born February 2, 1908 in Oma Mississippi to Mr 
and Mrs Clarence Stephens. He came to Bogalusa in 1932. Husband 
of the late Mrs Eula Mae Kelly Stevenson and from this union 
they had two daughters Mazie Collins of Bogalusa Louisiana and 
Mrs Brenda Peters of Milwaukee Wiscosin; five sons, Mr Clarence 
Stevenson and Mr Stanley Stevenson both of Bogalusa Louisiana, 
Mr James E Steveson and Mr Floyd C Steveson both of Tucson Arizona, 
and Mr Jesse W Stevenson of Milwaukee Wiscosin. Also survived by 
three brothers Mack Stephens, R. A. Stephens of Oma Louisiana and 
Lucious Stephens of Inkster, Michigan; 32 grandchildren, 37 great 
grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 
cousin and friends. Interment in Bogalusa Cemetery.
