Charles Ott Varnado born September 6, 1926 to the late 
Mason Varnado and Fannie Fortenberry Varnado departed 
this life November 24, 1995 at 2:20 a.m. at University 
Hospital in New Orleans. He is survived by his mother 
Fannie Fortenberry Varnado; 1 son Edward Charles Varnado; 
3 daughters Linda Jean Taylor, Mingling Randolph and Cythina 
Varnado all of Houston Texas; 1 sister Mrs Irene Dillon of 
Franklinton Louisiana; 1 brother Mason Varnado of Oakland Ca. 
2 sister in laws Mrs Thaddie Mae Hunt Varnado and Mrs Beatrice 
Varnado. Preceded in death by his Father Mason Varnado; 2 brother 
Luke and Joseph Varnado. Interment in Sweet Rest Memorial Cemetery, 
Franklinton Louisiana.
