G.A. Allen Dies from Heart Attack
Funeral services were held for G.A. Allen, who died at hi home Sundaymorning, July 9th,
 from a heart attack, at the Assembly of God church with the Rev. R.C. Ayres officiating. 
 Burial was in the Minden cemetery. Mr. Allen had been in ill health for several months.
He is survived by his wife; his mother, Mrs. Louisa Allen; one daughter, Mrs. Sybil Allen Baldwin, of Minden; 
three sons, Sherman Allen of Minden,
theron Allen of doyline, and Felton Allen of Minden; six grandchildren, 
Convey and Billy Keith Baldwin, Sherman Wayne, Lorette, Theron Jr., and Brenda Sue Allen.
