Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Cheshire, 90, who died Friday at her home here 
after a lengthy illness were at 2 p.m. yesterday at First National Funeral 
Home. The Rev. C.H. Land and the Rev. Pat Brown officiated and burial was in 
Minden Cemetery.

Mrs Cheshire, a native of Bradley, Ark., had lived in Minden for 45 years.

Survivors include one son, Sandlin S. Cheshire of Minden; four daughters, Mrs. 
Zeffa Baucum of Jacksonville, Tex., Mrs. Russ W. Williams of El Dorado, Ark., 
and Mrs. T. M. Blanton and Mrs. Bessie C. Carter, both of Minden; 12 
grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Additional Comments:
Anna was the daughter of Jonathan Samuel ROWELL III and Mary Jane BAYLES. She 
married Marcellous Douglas CHESHIRE on 28 Dec 1890 in Webster Parish LA.
