David Griffin will officiate. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory. Mrs. Plunkett was a long-time resident of the Minden area. She was born in Tallulah, LA, and entered into rest on Friday, September 17, 2004, in Arcadia, LA. She was employed at Evergreen Presbyterian Ministry. Mrs. Plunkett was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Mellie Youngblood; four brothers, J.C., Jim, Lloyd and Lee Boyd Youngblood. She is suvived by her husband, John Plunkett of Heflin, LA; sons, Walter Scott Plunkett and wife, Debra of Arcadia, LA, John Wesley Plunkett and wife, Dana of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Tina White of Heflin and Janet Green and husband, Mark of Arcadia; sisters, Mary Polk of Minden and Aline Shows of Phoenix, AR; brothers, William Youngblood of Roxie, MS; 11 grandchildren, two great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons Jonathon Plunkett, Jason Plunkett, Bobby Young, Jeffrey Young, nephew Leon Langley and brother-in-law David Walker.
