Court State of Louisiana,Parish of Webster Mary Ann Miller, wife of William Miller, personally came and appeared before me John M Davies, a duly qualified and acting Notary Public, in and for Webster Parish,Louisiana and declared unto me Notary and J D Mc Intyre, J E Crichton, W D English, John H Taylor, and L K Watkins, five male witnesses of full age and residents of Webster Par., Louisiana that she is a resident of Webster Par., Louisiana and desires to make a will and dispose of her property to take effect after her death and proceeded to dictate to me the said Notary Public the following bequeths; 1st;- That she bequeaths at her death to her husband William Miller should he survive her the usufruet and use of all of her property during his life time; title of which subject to this bequeath to rest in and belong to her brothers and sisters, Jacob Gruner, George Gruner and Rosa Miller wife of John Miller each one third to them and their heirs and further declared that she appointed her husband William Miller her executor and without bond giving him full posession and seizure in her estate all of which declaration and bequaths were dictated to me the said Notary in the presence of attesting witnesses and written down as dictated and then read over by me said Notary in the presence of the testatrix and witnesess without turning aside to other acts whereupon the said testatrix declaring she had same to be written as her last will and declaring same to be her last will. I caused the parties and the witnesses and testatrix to sign this with me this 18th day of September A D 1896. attest;- (signed) Mary A.
