One half acre of land to be taken out of the SE corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19 Township 20 North Range 10 East, said tract of land to be one acre long running North and South and one half acre wide running East and West. Also conveyed in the same deed the followin; One half acre of land to be taken out of the SW corner of Sec. 19 T. 20N Range 10 East being one acre long north and South and one half acre wide running East and West.
