All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ------------------------------------------------------------------ State of Louisiana Sixty District Court Parish of West Baton Rouge In matter: Succession of John Nolan, deceased No. 466 By virtue of a commission to me directed, in the above entitled succession of date the 30th day of December, A.D. 1858, from the Sixth District Court, in and for said parish and state, will be offered for sale at public auction, to the last and highest bidder, in front of the Court House of this parish, ON MONDAY, 14th of MARCH, 1859, at 11o'clock, AM, the follwoing described property belonging to the estate of John Nolan, deceased, to-wit: The south half of section seven, containing three hundred and two and 36/100 acres; The north east quarter of section nine, containing one hundred and sixty acres and east one half of section four, containing three hundred and nine 81/100 acres, all situated in Township Seven, South Range Eleven east, South Eastern district, parish of West Baton Rouge near Lake Crocodile, in the following terms and condition, viz: said property to be sold on a credit of twelve months with personal security approved by the Exequtor of the estate of John Nolan, with mortgage retained on said lands until full and final payment.
