A retired production accountant with Exxon Co. USA with 34 years of service and a resident of Port Allen, he died at 6:10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, 1999, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 79 and a native of St. Louis. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps first lieutenant, having served as a flight instructor and P47 fighter pilot during World War II. Visiting at West Baton Rouge Presbyterian Church, Port Allen, 11 a.m. until religious services were conducted at 1 p.m. August 24 by the Rev Jim Trollinger. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park, Baton Rouge.
